Mark Leighton is currently based in Bristol, UK. His work utilises different mediums which are cemented together, fabricating multi/mixed media forms. His work often exposes the possibilities of bringing together different textures, fabrics and physical images, that applause each other.
Mark's most recent project 'Materials' is a series of works which look at the relationship between different colour gradients, shapes and textures. Using a combination of collage and graphic construction, different layers are positioned in close proximity, creating striking images that compliment each other.
